Meet Lisa
My story and the path behind my work
Hi, I am Lisa.
R.Ac, PT, MScPT, CDT, CYT
My work is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about what allows us to feel fully alive.
I began my professional journey studying the human body as a registered physiotherapist, specializing in neurological rehabilitation and oncology therapy while supporting individuals through some of life's most significant transitions. As my understanding of wellness evolved, so did my desire to work with the deeper layers of human experience. This led me to complete a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, pursue advanced studies in Esoteric Acupuncture with Dr. Mikio Sankey, and explore a wide range of practices that bridge body, mind, energy, and consciousness.
Over the years, my path has included immersive training in transformational breathwork, Nei Gong (Taoist Internal Healing Arts), transpersonal psychology, psychedelic integration, sound healing, yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Each has expanded my understanding of how healing, growth, and self-discovery unfold—not as separate processes, but as expressions of the same deeper intelligence within us.
Today, I weave these perspectives together to create experiences that support greater connection between body, energy, and self. Whether through touch, breath, sound, energetics, or expanded states of consciousness, my intention is not to fix what is broken, but to create the conditions for deeper listening, greater coherence, and a return to what has always been present beneath the noise.
My own journey has taught me that wellness extends far beyond the physical body. It includes our emotions, beliefs, relationships, spirit, and sense of meaning. When these layers begin to move in harmony, we naturally reconnect with a deeper vitality, authenticity, and way of being that feels profoundly alive.
The body speaks.
The invitation is to listen.
Your body is constantly communicating with you. Sensations, symptoms, emotions, discomfort, vitality, and ease all offer information about how you are relating to yourself, your environment, and your life.
Rather than viewing these experiences as problems to eliminate, I see them as invitations to become more curious. To slow down. To listen more deeply. To explore what your body may be revealing about your needs, your patterns, and the places where greater alignment is possible.
For me, wellness is not a destination or a fixed state to achieve. It is an ongoing relationship with ourselves, one that continues to evolve throughout our lives. Each experience, whether challenging or joyful, offers an opportunity for greater awareness, deeper understanding, and a more authentic connection to who we are.
The practices I share are the same ones that have profoundly shaped my own path. Through touch, breath, meditation, sound, energetics, and expanded states of consciousness, we create space to listen beneath the noise, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and remember what is ready to come alive again.
